Our founder and Principal Career Coach, Fola Omotunde, began Career Clinic Net in 2023. The coaching material swiftly gained traction through collaboration with four key organisations: The Unique Women Network, Eminent Financials, Pivot 4 Work, and Men and Women in Business (MWIB). During this period, the content was shared with a diverse audience and across communities, and many testimonials highlighted the impact of the materials.
With over 20 years of experience in career coaching, Fola received her career counselling license in 2011 from the highly reputable Career Counselling Services, founded by Rob Nathan - the pioneer of career coaching training and practice in the UK.
Since 2023, Fola has reached over 2,000 individuals through webinars, career conferences, regional job fairs, speaking engagements and collaborative activities with business networks.
Fola’s career background includes leading high-profile and complex programmes in the health and care sector. With an MBA from Henley Management College and a recent MSc in Digital Health Leadership at Imperial College London, she currently works as a senior transformation consultant to the NHS.
